Salary range (but not limited to):

80,700 - 98,700

Incentive plan

Annual bonus: 10% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team!

About the Role

Responsible for managing the full lifecycle, accuracy, and compliance of IT assets across the organization, this role ensures that hardware, software, and infrastructure assets are properly tracked, governed, and reportable, while working closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced technology environment.

What you’ll do here:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of hardware and software assets from acquisition to retirement

  • Maintain accurate inventories for endpoints, servers, network devices, warranties, and refresh cycles

  • Track software licenses and certificates, ensuring compliance, renewals, and true‑ups

  • Maintain asset and CMDB records, including relationships and data integrity

  • Support MDM and endpoint asset tracking activities

  • Track network and infrastructure assets, including ISPs and related contracts

  • Work with Procurement and vendors on purchasing, renewals, and contract alignment

  • Track depreciation, renewals, and recurring IT costs

  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate asset and license data

  • Perform asset discovery and normalization during mergers and acquisitions

  • Produce accurate asset reports for IT, Finance, and audit stakeholders

  • Improve asset management processes and documentation

  • Communicate effectively with IT, Finance, Security, and business partners

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in IT asset management, inventory, or related infrastructure roles

  • Working knowledge of hardware lifecycle, software licensing, and CMDB concepts

  • Familiarity with asset management tools and reporting

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Clear, professional communication skills
