Job Description

We are seeking a Manager for our Pricing team who will be responsible for pricing analytics and modeling. This individual will play an essential role in increasing pricing and commercial decision-making sophistication, building models for scenario planning, annual increases, and improved quoting. They will work across business units to bridge the gap between complex data collection and actionable strategies, driving growth through sophisticated data analysis and value-based pricing initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Modernize and scale infrastructure for annual price increases, quoting new business, and applying discounts leveraging data-driven decision making to align with overall corporate strategy
  • Optimize data governance and identify gaps in data collection to address through process changes 
  • Incorporate market value and competitive dynamics into modeling
  • Lead analytics efforts for strategic initiatives 
  • Synthesize multiple data inputs and prepare clear, actionable executive-level briefs

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required
  • Certifications in advanced data tools a plus but not required

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a role which used data to drive business decision making
  • Advanced financial and statistical modeling skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Strong background in Pricing, FP&A, or Commercial Analytics
  • Background in B2B Service businesses is a plus

  • Intellectual curiosity to dive into data to understand the ‘why’

Travel Requirements (if applicable):

  • 10% Travel
