Job Description

Available Schedule: Full-Time | 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM | Three Days a Week | Every Other Weekend Off
Pay Range: $20.80+ per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: $2 Evening and $1 Night

What You Will Do

  • Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being

  • Assist during mealtimes to ensure residents are supported and comfortable

  • Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families

  • Help create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for all residents

What You Bring

  • Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia

  • Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A caring and team-oriented attitude

  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
