We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Excellent pay rates includes shift differential. We offer excellent and affordable benefits.

COME WORK WHERE YOU MATTER

As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, adjusting, installing, and removing all packaging equipment, from legacy machines to state-of-the-art machines. You will work in a clean manufacturing setting, requiring physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Your expertise will ensure the production environment runs smoothly to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude and the ability to problem-solve.
• Proficient in reading & writing English, and solving basic math problems.
• Knowledge of industrial electronics, including PLCs, drives, schematics, and ladder logic.
• Strong team player who can give and receive constructive feedback.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, co-workers, management and the public.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field. Willingness to pursue further education to keep up with technological advancements.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide technical support to the production environment ensuring proper functioning equipment producing consistent quality products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on high-speed cheese packaging lines.
• Install and remove new and existing equipment as needed.
• Ability to fabricate and machine stainless steel and other materials used in the facility.

Core Hours

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. *Saturday hours are generally 5:45 a.m. to 12 p.m.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. *Saturday hours are generally 11:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.

3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:45 p.m. to 6 a.m. *Saturday hours are generally 5:45 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Saturdays are usually six hour shifts. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs
