Description

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain extrusion lines that keep production running safely, efficiently, and at a high quality.

Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion lines to meet production goals.
Monitor product quality and record inspection results accurately.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with maintenance for a resolution.
Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance.
Package and label finished product to meet specifications.
Follow all safety standards and support a safe work environment.
Complete production and quality documentation in a timely manner.
Support team operations to keep lines running efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing or extrusion experience required.
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Reliable work history and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
