What You’ll Do

The HRSC Representative serves as the first point of contact for caregivers and leaders, providing consistent, accurate, and timely HR support across all functional areas. This role executes standard HR transactions and resolves routine inquiries by following established processes, procedures, and service standards. This role operates within defined workflows and escalates complex or non-routine issues to higher levels of the HR Connect team. Minimum Qualifications Required Educational Degree: High School Diploma Major/Area of Concentration: Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Required Experience: 1+ years of HR, shared services, or customer service experience preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HRIS
