Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Branch Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing branch. This role is ideal for a leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside their team, and drive results across sales and service.

• Uncapped bonus potential, with total expected annual earnings of $90,000 in your first year.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead from the front by working alongside your team driving revenue and managing branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees for performance and advancement.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and internal controls.
• Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals, budgets, and performance planning.

 

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high volume service or distribution organization.
• Demonstrated success driving consistent year-over-year sales growth.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Results-driven communicator who can motivate and align teams.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years driving history.
