Position Overview



The Therapist – Outpatient is responsible for assessing each client’s mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services—including individual, group, and family therapy. This role requires completing all clinical documentation accurately and in accordance with KidsPeace policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications



•Master's degree in Human Services or related field required.

•Minimum of two years experience in Human Services required.

•Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and other professionals as

•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and functions within a similar department or program.

•Certification in CPR and First Aid required.

•Applicable State licensure or licensed-eligible preferred.
