Tasks
The Content Creator is responsible for translating the world of KEEN into compelling, emotionally resonant content across digital platforms.
This is not a traditional social media role focused on trends or volume. It is a creative role for someone who understands atmosphere, storytelling, aesthetics, and human emotion - and knows how to capture them with depth and precision.
You will work across photography, video, written, and audio content to shape how the brand is experienced online. From documenting the energy of the studio to crafting narratives around recovery, wellbeing, and community, your work will help define the visual and cultural identity of KEEN as it grows.
Content Creation & Production
- Develop and produce compelling visual and written content across KEEN's digital channels (social media, website, email, and beyond)
- Own the visual storytelling - photography, video, graphics, and copy - ensuring consistency with KEENβs refreshed brand identity
- Write engaging, on-brand captions, articles, scripts, and copy that resonate with KEEN's audience
- Edit and repurpose content across formats to maximise reach and impact
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the content calendar, identifying relevant moments, campaigns, and themes
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts, bringing fresh ideas and formats to the table
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with broader brand and business goals
Brand Building
- Act as a guardian of KEEN's visual and tonal identity
- Help define and evolve the brand's content language as KEEN grows
- Build and engage a community through authentic, consistent storytelling
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance of campaigns and report monthly with clear insights
- Continuously test and optimize email, social, and community strategies
- Leverage automation tools and AI to streamline marketing workflows
Requirements
Technical
- Short-form video shooting & editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Photography - stills and in-the-moment capture (Manual photography)
- Caption writing & on-brand copy
- Content scheduling & calendar management
- Canva, Figma or basic graphic design literacy
- Light analytics - knows what a good engagement rate looks like
Emotional
- Shoot and edit with confidence
- Understand what makes content stop the scroll
- Platform-native: you understand TikTok and Instagram as distinct cultures
- Can work from a brief without being hand-held through every decision
- You're drawn to wellness as a way of life
- You're comfortable on-site, in the room, capturing real moments without disrupting them
PREVIOUS ROLES
- 1β3 years creating content for a brand, studio, or your own channels
- A portfolio that demonstrates range - not just pretty stills
- Proven short-form video work on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience working within a brand identity and brief
