CUSTOMER

Our customer is a leading cybersecurity company developing advanced security solutions that provide autonomous governance, real-time operational enforcement, and protection of high-value information assets. They focus on safeguarding both digital and operational environments, working with compliance-heavy industries such as finance, healthcare, and government, and are known for integrating AI-driven anomaly detection into security protocols.

PROJECT

The project delivers comprehensive visibility and autonomous governance over dynamic execution patterns, enforcing real-time operational protocols to safeguard high-value information assets and neutralize systemic anomalies. You’ll work on scalable solutions, rapid prototypes, and high-security systems in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews, design critiques, career mentorship, and collaboration with integration teams
  • Design and build scalable solutions, balancing production-quality code with rapid PoC development
  • Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution
  • Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Rapidly learn and implement new technologies, strategically managing technical debt
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms
  • Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience building/maintaining Microservices
  • Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on
  • Upper-intermediate+ English

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience with dashboard development and/or modern UI frameworks
  • Background in Cybersecurity or AdTech
  • Experience with PCI DSS or other high-security standards
