Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and managing client relationships within the residential real estate sales sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of home sales processes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:



Sales Leadership:




  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share

  • Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback and guidance

  • Create a motivated and results-driven environment within the sales team



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, builders, developers, and other stakeholders

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to residential real estate or home products



Market Analysis:




  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings

  • Provide insights to senior management regarding market opportunities and potential threats



Sales Reporting and Forecasting:




  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions where necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline developments



Collaboration:




  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns

  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and other parties as necessary to ensure successful project delivery



Sales Operations Management:




  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and a high conversion rate

  • Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional offers

  • Monitor inventory levels or property availability and communicate with clients regarding timelines
