Registered Nurse (RN) - Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a RN at our facility, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Supervise CNA staff on assigned unit

• Deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Implement and document care plans, including medications, treatments, and interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts RN license

• Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families, and Staff

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to handle different situations with tact
