Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 43-year-old woman in maintaining her independence and continuing her personal growth. This individual is highly self-aware, a strong self-advocate, and will communicate when support is needed.

She worked previously as an esthetician. In recent years, she has remained dedicated to her physical and emotional well-being and continues to focus on growth, balance, and meaningful engagement in her daily life. She has a great sense of humor, an infectious laugh, and a deep sense of care for others.

PAY:$18/hr.

• Part-time: 3 days per week 
• Approximately 15 hours total per week

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain driver's license and vehicle insurance

• Maintain professional demeanor in emotionally charged situations
