Key Responsibilities:
• Perform flux and variance analysis on financial results, identifying key movements and underlying drivers.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and multiple management reports for month-end close and analysis.
• Support month-end activities, including preparation and posting of accruals and amortization entries.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules and ensure timely reconciliation and review.
• Develop detailed commentaries and explanations for major variances, ensuring clarity for management and stakeholders.
• Interact and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions to gather inputs and resolve queries.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data in line with reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP for posting entries, reviewing balances, and extracting reports.
• Support continuous improvement in reporting processes and documentation, ensuring audit-ready support.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience including reconciliations, journal entry preparation, variance analysis.
• Able to effectively meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Extremely organized, flexible, and willing to assume responsibility for special projects as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proficient in MS excel.
