Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years' experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel A/R Accounting
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Team orientated
• Ability to multi task

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconciling daily cash folder
• Processing remote deposits
• Intercompany/HOA invoicing
• Charge back resolution
• Verification of bank deposits and postings
• Recording bank transactions on corresponding spreadsheets
