The Cypress at Midtown is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a 12-week assignment to provide leadership and support within a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities of Interim Director of Nursing (DON):

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Assist with survey readiness and regulatory processes
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and overall clinical performance
• Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements for Interim Director of Nursing (DON):

• Active RN license
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to step into fast-paced environments and drive results
• Experience with regulatory compliance and survey processes
