Start the New Year with a dependable position in a welcoming environment!! We are seeking a reliable and motivated Custodian to support daily operations and event services.

Schedule:

• Mondays & Tuesdays: Off

• Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Sundays: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Location:

E. WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28215

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs repetitively

• Must have a valid NC driver's license and a good driving record

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of janitorial or related experience

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bathrooms and organize cleaning supplies

• General cleaning duties including trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, and vacuuming

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the day

• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Specific Job Duties & Requirements

• Event Setup & Breakdown: This role is approximately 70% event support and 30% day porter duties

• Ability to move and set up equipment daily

• Strong time management skills to balance event setups and routine responsibilities

• Floor Tech experience is a plus, but not required
