What you´ll do
- Work for Automotive Component business unit, in the team of application engineering.
- Support the mechanical operations on the dispensing machines, to run and fulfill the dispensing test on the equipment.
- Demonstrate dispensing capability of different applications in front of customer visits.
- Be Responsible for process trials and experiments, setup dispensing parameters of key applications.
- Perform testing tasks including customer's project simulation/test requests/trouble shootings to solve the technical related cases by on-hand skills, as well as the product performance testing to prove advantages.
- Daily maintenance for lab equipment, calibration, 5S&SHE, also innovate methods by the renew or upgrade process and equipment.
- Make the necessary documentation/test report/analysis and share with internal and external stake holders.
- Always staying close to the industry to get and think of market needs in order to link it with new application development for customers.
- Work with the equipment partner to explore the full potential of application process of our products.
- You will collaborate with excellent team players around all functions and make yourself an industry expert.
- Implement continuous process improvement, including policy and procedures.
- Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or above degree in chemistry, material or mechanical related field.
- Strong interest in Adhesive and Automotive industry.
- Teamwork with partners and frequent information sharing in Henkel internal team.
- >5 years technical working experience in adhesive dispensing related industry, mechanical and robot operation and AutoCAD & CATIA usage is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English communication.
- Proactive, open-minded and a quick learner.
