Senior Backend Engineer to build and operate a scalable Action Library powering Next Best Action (NBA), developing Node.js/Java cloud-native services with API-first (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven (Kafka) integrations to decision engines, state machines, and channel platforms. Own action metadata and execution frameworks, ensuring versioning, idempotency, security, observability, and production reliability in regulated environments (healthcare a plus).
