How You’ll Contribute:

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Staff/Senior Business Valuation professional to join our team. This role works closely with our business valuation team and supports complex valuation engagements involving privately held businesses, intangible assets, and equity-related instruments for financial reporting, tax, transaction, and litigation purposes.

  • Independently perform valuation analyses
  • Analyze financial statements and normalize earnings as part of the valuation process
  • Develop valuation models using income, market, and asset-based approaches
  • Conduct industry, company, and economic research to support valuation conclusions
  • Prepare high-quality valuation workpapers and draft report sections suitable for U.S. client delivery
  • Identify valuation issues, apply sound professional judgment, and escalate matters appropriately
  • Contribute to timely, accurate, and client-ready deliverables across multiple engagements
