We’re looking for a Qualitative Researcher I  with a strong agency background who is deeply insight-driven and passionate about understanding consumers beyond the surface.

You will be part of the Research team, playing a key role in elevating how marketing insights inform product launches, brand strategy, and communication. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong qualitative instincts with a solid quantitative foundation, and is excited about leveraging AI to work faster and smarter.

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a research agency (preference for large, well-established agencies)

  • Strong experience conducting qualitative research end-to-end

  • Solid understanding of quantitative research fundamentals, including:

    • Survey design

    • Questionnaire structuring

    • Data interpretation

  • Experience working on:

    • Brand tracking studies

    • Concept or communication testing

  • Strong ability to identify real insights and connect them to business impact

  • Familiar with marketing fundamentals, such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills

  • Curious and proactive about AI, with interest or experience in:

    • Using AI tools to speed up research workflows

    • Experimenting with new ways to generate and test concepts

Nice to have
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital products

  • Exposure to:

    • Designing or adapting brand health trackers

    • Running ad testing / ad labs

  • Experience working with product or marketing stakeholders on launch-related research

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and execute qualitative research (IDIs, focus groups, exploratory studies) to uncover deep human insights

  • Support and run quantitative research initiatives, including:

    • Brand health tracking

    • Concept and message evaluation

    • Marketing and product-related surveys

  • Translate findings into clear, compelling insights that inform:

    • Product positioning

    • Value propositions

    • Communication strategy

  • Generate insights that strengthen product launches and marketing initiatives

  • Contribute to building a stronger understanding of:

    • Customer segments

    • Attitudes, needs, and motivations

  • Ensure research outputs are actionable and strategically relevant, not just descriptive

  • Synthesize research quickly into clear outputs and reports (1–2 days turnaround when needed)

  • Leverage AI tools to:

    • Accelerate synthesis and insight generation

    • Explore faster ways to test ideas and concepts

    • Increase the volume and quality of learning across projects
