Psychiatric NP/PA – No Nights or Weekends | Clinical Research

Overview:
Looking for a role with predictable hours and no nights or weekends? The IMA Group is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support clinical research studies as a Clinical Rater/Sub-Investigator in Manhattan, NY. 
This position offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week), allowing you to focus on patient assessments and research without on-call responsibilities.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct structured psychiatric assessments and rating scales
  • Evaluate patients for research study eligibility
  • Perform exams and manage medications for participants
  • Work closely with research teams, sponsors, and monitors
  • Follow established protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed NP or PA with psychiatric experience
  • Experience with rating scales or structured assessments preferred
  • Interest in clinical research and patient-focused evaluation work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
