MAJOR DUTIES:
- Understand and apply safe work practices.
- Understand and apply basic Metal Spinning principles.
- Basic understanding and operation of Circle Shear.
- Ability to modify and create wood tooling.
- Basic understanding and application of raw materials.
- Basic understanding and operation of Spinning Lathes
- Read and understand work orders
- Full understanding and application of measuring equipment tape measure, calipers, pi tape etc.
- Program, edit, and set up for CNC Spinning Lathe
- Basic understanding and operation of all other Metal Spinning Equipment
- Understand and Apply the principles of Heat Treating and / or Annealing
- Basic understanding and operation of crane.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
- High School or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
- Basic Math, Blueprint and Measuring.
- Understand and apply advance math principles
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 Lb.’s
- Good Body Mechanics
- Long periods of standing
