Order Entry Supervisor

Compensation: Starting pay rate of $61,000-76,000/yr + three performance bonuses a year!

We are looking for an individual with an ability to motivate and engage employees to contribute at a high-level, managing successful customer transactions. Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the maintenance of customer data and accurate data entry in company software

  • Ensure order quotations are completed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner

  • Coordinate production and procurement with Operations personnel and outside vendors

  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees to function effectively and cooperatively with internal and external customers

  • Provide consistent feedback to the team and individuals; serve as a coach and mentor

  • Work with management and company leadership to set and carry out objectives and goals

  • Lead by example and perform work in a professional manner

  • Ensure adherence of company policies and standards.
