Capital Project Manager – $115,000–$125,000

Full-Time | Ginger Cove – Annapolis, MD

At Ginger Cove, you’ll take ownership of capital improvement projects and campus renovations that directly impact the daily lives of our residents and staff. This is an opportunity to lead projects that matter—within a collaborative, well-supported environment.



 



As our Capital Project Manager, you will oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and long-term capital projects across our premier life-care retirement community. You’ll serve as the key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and vendors—ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.



 



What You’ll Do:




  • Lead capital projects from planning through completion

  • Develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and project plans

  • Manage bidding, contractor selection, and negotiations

  • Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance

  • Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve issues

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and project financials

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on status and risks

  • Lead project meetings, walkthroughs, and final closeouts

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

  • Partner with internal teams to minimize disruption to operations

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

  • Support long-term capital planning and facility improvements
