What You�ll Do

• Greet customers in person and over the phone

• Answer calls promptly and professionally

• Guide customers through the repair process

• Coordinate rentals and tows

• Support estimators and manage scheduling

• Collect payments and maintain front office organization

What You Bring

• 1+ year of customer service experience (automotive a plus)

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations

• Comfort with computers and office systems
