Part Time Position includes every weekend and 4p to 8 pm weekdays as needed
Responsible for assisting with the day or evening operations of facility. With the support of the administrative staff, following NYS DOH Regulations. Answering phones, taking messages and managing front desk operations Mon through Friday 8am- 4pm or 4pm- 8am. Weekends as needed.
Major Responsibility’s:
Responsible for paperwork, end of day tasks and communicating with other team members.
Maintains high customer satisfaction and ensures quality – oriented work.
Compiling list of office supplies needed, leaving for Administrator in box.
Filing paperwork
Maintains and monitors strict confidentiality of protected health and financial information.
Ensuring you are signing residents in and out of facility, as well as quest signing in, in guest book (front lobby) Place sign in/ sign out book back to hallway at 8pm and ensuring there are plenty of blank sheets for the following day. Also review with aides who is here and who is not before you leave.
Provide Support for Department heads in all disciplines as needed.
Balancing cashbox daily, alerting Administrator in advance when running low on cash. Signing in and out of cash box daily.
Answering phones and transferring calls to proper extensions.
Organizing and cleaning as needed. Which includes sweeping office and emptying all trash, Cleaning windows inside and out.
Other tasks/ duties as assigned.
Ensures services are following professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Maintains and monitors strict confidentiality of protected health and financial information.
Stock paper in copier (all drawers)
Handing out appointment alerts @ 4:30pm (directly to residents, if not in building give to aide to give to resident)
Handing out mail to residents who come to the office.
Qualifications: At least 1 year experience Preferred. High school or less, must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. *Mental and physical health sufficient to perform job functions.
