Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CMO/VP acts as a force multiplier for the marketing and leadership team. This role blends traditional executive support with hands-on involvement in marketing operations, campaign coordination, and brand execution. This role is central to keeping the marketing engine running efficiently. You’ll help keep high-visibility initiatives on track in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, balancing both business and personal commitments

  • Arrange and oversee travel logistics, including domestic and international itineraries

  • Act as a point of contact by monitoring communications and addressing time-sensitive matters on behalf of the CMO/VP

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and foresight, anticipating shifting priorities and competing demands

  • Act as liaison between marketing, product, operations, and external partners 

  • Order office supplies and help maintain an organized office environment; identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years supporting a senior leader (marketing or executive team preferred)

  • Thrives under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality results

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack and productivity tools

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and calendar management skills

  • Comfortable working in a growing, hands-on manufacturing environment

  • Strong “no task too big or too small” mentality with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills & Traits

  • Experience in marketing, brand, or e-commerce environments
