SUMMARY 

The Pool Server ("Mesero/a de Piscina") provides a courteous, timely, and professional service in the restaurant shows complete knowledge of all menus and pricing, as well as a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 




  • Cordially and professionally presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. 

  • Employs suggestive selling techniques to stimulate sales. 

  • Follows cash and credit card handling policies at all times. 

  • Follows restaurant's table setting procedures (glassware, silverware, portions, drinking garnishes). 

  • Is responsible for completion of their assigned opening and closing procedures. 

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures related to personal appearance, uniform standards, personal conduct, and guest relations. 

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
