Test Bench Regional Head - China

YOUR TASKS

  • In the business group electronics you are responsible as expert of test bench customer solution center China for the design & development, assembly and commissioning of the test benches within the Testbench Engineering Excellence Organization.
  • You manage local teams of experts disciplinarily and technically and secure a strong relationship to customers.
  • Besides expanding your area of responsibility, you ensure the operational daily business while adhering to relevant KPIs (e.g., Quality/Cost/Timing).
  • You implement the global strategy of the Customer Solution Center within the regional group, cooperating and exchanging internationally with other regional managers.
  • You control and monitor the adherence to optimization measures. Your optimization measures become visible in the performance of your KPIs.
  • You drive your Business Ownership independently under the framework of the global customer solution center and align with other departments like controlling, HR, purchasing and many more.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent diploma or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • You have already extensively demonstrated your hands-on mentality in (project) management within the automotive environment
  • You possess expert knowledge in the development of test benches and project management to commit schedules, efforts, and necessary capacities.
  • Analytical, structured thinking, strong communication skills, and very good process understanding
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel, as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing
