Description
Responsible for all facets of cleaning with in an office including: trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning glass, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and periodic detail cleaning.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This includes: vacuum, mop, empty trash cans, taking the trash out to the outside trash bins, spot clean windows, clean restrooms and refill dispensers in bathrooms, dust, and wipe down surfaces in break rooms or other rooms. Also, maintain and stock the janitor's closet and materials. Specific duties may vary depending on the needs of the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and car insurance (due to driving to and from buildings).
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and repetitively push/pull trash barrels/vacuums and mop. Must also be able to bend, squat, and go up and down stairs.
This is PART-TIME work only. - It is perfect for those attending school, other day responsibilities or who are looking for long-term extra income. Full-time work is not offered.
