Position Summary

Crew Members and Delivery Drivers are responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and (for drivers) ensuring fast and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Member Duties:

• Prepare sandwiches quickly and accurately according to Jimmy John’s standards
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash register and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Delivery Driver Duties:

• Deliver orders quickly and safely to customers
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle
• Assist in-store when not on deliveries

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
