Job Responsibilities
• Plan and create digital marketing content for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and short-form video channels
• Develop marketing strategies and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enrollment
• Create engaging content related to school programs, student life, academics, and campus activities
• Manage and maintain the school’s social media platforms and online presence
• Collaborate with the admissions and school teams on promotional campaigns and events
• Analyze social media performance and optimize content strategies accordingly
• Support school events, Open House activities, and other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements
• Background in Digital Marketing within the education industry
• Strong content planning and content creation skills
• Experience with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and short-form video content
• Previous work experience in the United States required
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with American teams
• Creative, organized, and familiar with social media trends and audience engagement
