Job Description
The Institute for Justice – the National Law Firm for Liberty – seeks a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Communications team. As part of the Communications team, you will produce visual creations to elevate the organization’s brand through publications, presentations and shareable online content.

Characteristics: IJ’s Junior Graphic Designer will be creative, flexible, well-organized, enthusiastic, good at multitasking. The Graphic Designer will also excel at visual problem-solving, adapt easily to different styles, possess a strong work ethic and passion for helping people, and be comfortable interacting with others. The ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment is critical. UI web skills are a plus. Successful candidate will work at IJ’s Arlington, Virginia headquarters office.

  • Logo Design
  • Shareable content
  • Infographics
  • Reports
  • Brochures
  • Posters
  • Websites and email templates
  • Other related print materials
  • Other materials for digital media
Required Skills:
  • Adobe CC, particularly InDesign
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • CSS
  • WordPress or similar CMS
