Salary: $75,000-$80,000 year

Job Summary

Allure of Quad Cities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing leadership and promote high-quality, resident-centered care. This key leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies

  • Assist with survey preparedness, plan of correction development, and ongoing compliance monitoring

  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

  • Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and accountability

  • Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and assignment of nursing personnel

  • Promote a positive, respectful work environment that supports teamwork and open communication

  • Maintain effective relationships with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, families, and community partners

Qualifications

  • RN or LPN license in good standing in the State of Illinois

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or acute care

  • Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
