Allure of Quad Cities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing leadership and promote high-quality, resident-centered care. This key leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
Assist with survey preparedness, plan of correction development, and ongoing compliance monitoring
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and accountability
Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and assignment of nursing personnel
Promote a positive, respectful work environment that supports teamwork and open communication
Maintain effective relationships with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, families, and community partners
Qualifications
RN or LPN license in good standing in the State of Illinois
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or acute care
Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
