This opportunity is designed for a top-performing Personal Lines Insurance Producer who already knows how to prospect, close, and retain profitable accounts—and is now evaluating where their production is best rewarded, supported, and scaled.

If you are currently producing $500,000 - $1,000,000+ in annual new personal premiums, this role offers a platform built to maximize your earning power, expand carrier access, and reduce friction so you can focus on selling.

Internal support to help move deals efficiently from prospect → bind → issue

Autonomy with Professional Infrastructure

Operate with significant independence, you manage your pipeline

No micromanagement or entry-level activity monitoring

Internal service support to handle post-bind servicing, so you stay focused on earning revenue

Established agency systems and processes designed to reduce E&O exposure

This Role Is Not for Entry-Level Producers

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Active Texas Property & Casualty License


Proven track record in personal insurance sales


Existing niche, specialty industry, or referral network


Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills

Develop and grow a commercial insurance book of business

Maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
