Operate with significant independence, you manage your pipeline
No micromanagement or entry-level activity monitoring
Internal service support to handle post-bind servicing, so you stay focused on earning revenue
Established agency systems and processes designed to reduce E&O exposure

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Active Texas Property & Casualty License
Proven track record in personal insurance sales
Existing niche, specialty industry, or referral network
Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
Ability to develop and close new personal accounts
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

Develop and grow a commercial insurance book of business
Leverage your industry niche or specialty market
Build relationships with business owners, lenders, contractors, and referral partners
Identify client exposures and structure comprehensive insurance programs
Work with carriers and the agency team to deliver competitive proposals
Maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
