Requirements
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and floor maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain electrical and battery-powered floor equipment safely.
- Good judgment and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong initiative, reliability, flexibility, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to interact effectively and respectfully with people with disabilities.
- Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in floor maintenance (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing floors) preferred.
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment strongly preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of hard-surface floor care principles and cleaning methods.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain floor machines and related equipment.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and consistent work performance.
