The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team. In this flexible role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping residents restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence—on a schedule that works for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or mobility challenges

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans focused on functional improvement

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize resident outcomes

• Document therapy sessions, progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and home safety

What You Bring:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Arkansas

• Strong clinical judgment with a focus on resident-centered care

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
