About the Role

As an Order Entry Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Order Entry team in entering customer orders accurately, thoroughly, and on time. You�ll also collaborate with customers and internal teams in production, purchasing, and transportation to ensure each order meets expectations. Along the way, you�ll build expertise in door construction, fire ratings, warranties, and customer-specific requirements.

What You�ll Do:

- Accurately input customer orders using internal systems

- Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure accuracy and clarity

- Interpret product specs and requirements for proper entry

- Learn key elements of door manufacturing (construction, fire rating, etc.)

- Support process improvement by maintaining accuracy and consistency in your work

What We�re Looking For:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Fast and accurate typing skills, including 10-key

- Solid business understanding; knowledge of door components or manufacturing is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking

- Organized, dependable, and able to work well in a team setting

- Clear verbal and written communication skills

- A passion for serving others and representing the Lynden Door purpose with professionalism

Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly wage: $20.00/hr
