Job Responsibilities May Include
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but may include:
- Greeting customers and answering questions
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking and entering food orders accurately
- Serving food in a presentable manner
- Completing sales and processing guests' transactions
- Knowledge of menu and food items offered
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
