Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation

Signet Health, a national acute rehabilitation and behavioral health company is seeking a Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation to oversee the 9-bed rehabilitation program at Confluence Health Hospital in Wenatchee, WA.

 

As the Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit.

  • Development and execution of a high-quality, best-practice clinical program.
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations and education program.
  • Strategic planning, business development, financial, quality, and regulatory operations.

 



Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (PT, OT, ST, RN); Master’s degree preferred. *Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered.
  • Experience as a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation is required.
  • Experience working in a freestanding, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal. 
  • Works closely with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.

Confluence Health Hospital offers medical rehabilitation services in North Central Washington to patients with recent medical issues such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, amputation and other diagnosis with physical and/or cognitive impairment.
