Job Summary
At Symphony RetailAI, you will get an opportunity to be a Customer Success champion by working with some of the world’s largest retailers & CPG manufacturers, understand their challenges, offer solutions through our AI enabled product suites and be their trusted partner.
About the role
- Develop in-depth techno-functional knowledge in customer project implementations
- Understand customer system architecture and solution design
- Analyse and understand detailed business requirements
- Provide mapping requirements, software solutions and recommendations for product implementations
- Document results of user acceptance tests
- Collaborate with clients, software professionals and consultants to develop solution applications
- Coordinate and collaborates workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing
- Develop highly functional qualitative modifications and application/system changes
- Participate in the modelling of customer needs
- Develop in depth knowledge in customer project implementations
About you
- 0 to 1 years of Supply Chain/Enterprise application implementation experience
- Relational Database (Oracle) experience
- SQL
- Unix Scripting
- Core Java
- Good interpersonal communication
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Quick learner
- Logical reasoning
Good To-have Technical Skills: -
- Basics of PL/SQL
