$75 at 30 days, $75 at 60 days, $100 at 90 days

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facility. This role focuses on ongoing daytime cleaning, light maintenance, and responding to immediate needs as they arise.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)

•  1st Shift: 6AM-2:00PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

•  $15.00/hr

Job Duties:

• Routine building cleaning
• Restroom deep cleaning
• Trash removal/policing ground for litter
• Sanitizing Surfaces
• Restocking

Floor Care

• Sweeping
• Mopping/ dust-mopping
• Vacuuming

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Valid Driver's License - small vehicle between buildings
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE: LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety vest.
