We are looking for a stellar & highly ambitious Motion Marketing Designer to help shape the visual storytelling behind Verneek’s product, research, and technology. You’ll be transforming complex ideas into clean, compelling, modern visual narratives, through motion graphics, video, and animation, all grounded in our proprietary AI platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the creation of short- and long-form videos, including product explainers, social media clips, hiring campaigns, testimonials, company updates, and educational content.
  • Develop motion graphics and light animations that simplify technical concepts and enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to plan and produce content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Transform raw footage, screen recordings, interviews, and demos into polished, on-brand video assets.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video formats, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Create storyboards, visual scripts, and narrative flows for video content.
  • Use AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe AI features, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs) to accelerate production and elevate output quality.
  • Optimize videos for distribution across platforms such as the website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and internal channels.
  • Manage and organize project files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Occasionally assist the broader Marketing Design team with static design assets (thumbnails, banners, social visuals, etc.).
