We are seeking experienced, hard-working Commercial Roofers and Laborers to join our team! This role involves frequent travel to job sites across Texas and various states, working on various commercial roofing projects including but not limited to flat, metal, and membrane roofs. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the removal, repair, and installation of commercial roofing systems

• Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites

• Operate hand tools and roofing equipment safely

• Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations

• Travel to various job sites, often staying overnight (company-paid accommodations and per diem provided)

• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior roofing or construction experience preferred (but willing to train motivated individuals)

• Comfortable with heights and outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Must pass background check
