We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial facilities.
Shifts available:
Wednesday -Sunday (11:30am to 8:00pm)
Job Duties:
- Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, and minor carpentry
- Handle back plumbing tasks
- Perform minor electrical work
- Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets and appliances
- Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Respond to service request in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
