Position Overview

We are hiring Parking Attendants to support operations during the FIFA World Cup. This role combines security presence, parking enforcement, traffic direction, and customer interaction to ensure safe and efficient parking operations.

This is a temporary position supporting FIFA games and related events (including the FIFA Fan Festival) based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Enforcement (Spaceforce App)

• Scan and verify vehicle license plates using a mobile app

• Identify unpaid vehicles and issue violations

• Flag vehicles for towing based on lot policies

Lot Monitoring

• Monitor entrances for unauthorized individuals

• Take action to address unauthorized activity on-site; involve law enforcement when necessary

• Help ensure customers are using proper payment methods

Traffic Control

• Direct vehicles entering and exiting lots

• Maintain smooth traffic flow during peak times

• Assist with lot organization and spacing

Safety & Presence

• Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted activity

• Support overall safety of customers and property

• Communicate quickly with team members when issues arise

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills

• Ability to work independently and stay proactive

• Basic smartphone/app proficiency

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Additional Notes

• This is a temporary, event-based role (FIFA World Cup only)

• Hours will vary based on event schedule and operational needs

  • Shifts range between 7:00 am - 10:00 pm on weekdays and weekends

• Maximum 29 hours per week

• Training on enforcement app and procedures will be provided
