We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and clinically confident Lead General Dentist to join our established solo-provider office and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our loyal patient base

What You’ll Do
As our Lead General Dentist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical excellence and team leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver high-quality care while helping guide the overall direction of the practice.
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- 3–5 years of hands-on general dentistry experience
- Comfortable treating a primarily adult and geriatric population
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills across a broad range of procedures
- Leadership mindset with a passion for patient care and team collaboration
