As a Senior International Benefits Consultant, you’ll help multinational clients navigate the complexities of global benefits. You’ll manage projects, provide expert guidance, and build strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to manage their global benefits programs. You’ll analyze local country benefits, coordinate with brokers and vendors, and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs. You’ll lead client meetings, produce detailed reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time. Your expertise will help clients stay compliant, competitive, and confident in their benefits strategies. Here’s what you’ll do: Manage international health, retirement, and other benefits programs. Coordinate benchmarking, renewals, and compliance reviews. Support mergers, acquisitions, and multinational pooling. Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and vendors. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth. About You You’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping clients succeed. You have a strong background in international benefits and project management. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You enjoy building relationships and finding solutions to complex challenges. What you’ll bring: A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in client consulting and international benefits. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication and project management skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to client service. Experience in global benefits, retirement programs, or financial analysis is a plus. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
