Miami Public Schools (Miami, OK.) is accepting applications for the position of Varsity Head Girls Basketball Coach for the 26-27 SY. Successful candidates will have previous coaching experience and proven leadership, organization and communication skills. Head coaching experience is preferred, but not required. Other qualifications include the ability to work cooperatively with administration, teachers, staff, and students. The selected candidate will oversee, direct, and organize all aspects of the girls basketball program. Some of the responsibilities include monitoring student-athlete eligibility requirements, knowledge and commitment to compliance with the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activity Association (OSSAA), and dedication to the full academic and athletic development of MPS student-athletes.
